We provide advice on drafting project management contracts. We pay special attention to the classification of the contract, i.e. if the contract is a contract of works or services, as well as to transparency of fee agreements. We advise and represent our clients out-of-court and in-court defence concerning the project controller/project manager’s enforcement of claims for remuneration as well as the warranty rights of the building owner.
